If you fail to arrive on time, you will unfortunately miss the entirety of the tour, and no refund will be provided. We recommend planning with ample margin to avoid any inconvenience.

- The departure time will be coordinated on trains between 07:00 am and 08:00 am. Please provide a valid telephone number to contact you at least 48 hours before the experience to complete the pre-check in process.
- It's important to note that this experience involves two transfers. One of them is usually by private vehicle and the other by metro to avoid delays in the planning of this experience.
